That small chip has 25X16VSIG written on it

Winbond 25x16vsig, it's a 16 Mbit serial flash ic so it looks like you going to need an spi programmer or a usbjtag nt if you want to dump or flash it

same type of chip just different brand and just as screwed without an spi flasher

Will it work with the USBJTAGNT??
Any other options?? Is there a compatibility list of SPI programmers or generic ones ok??

Seems like the USBJTAGNT has some issues detecting the Flash as well - http://www.usbjtag.com/vbforum/showthread.php?t=4928

the nt will detect it fine that post is from 2010 when the chip first came out and so do the cheap ebay spi programmers http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-SPI-BIOS-25X...1c20537411

I flash it with an spi programmer, but when finished,the epc2100r3 can't work.
I use the "haxorware11rev39-DIAG.bin" flash it
I think it is wrong.
Can you give me the whole backup of it?
