or if you really want to build one you can get free samples from maxim-ic, i'd suggest a max233 (not a 232) to remove the need for caps

whath id is got max33 chip and if is possible can you tell me whath pins need to solder to usb

not with a max232 chip as a max232 is just a level shifter
