I need help Cloning an SB5101 to a U10C018 Haxorware ver. 1.1 rev. 39 : in the same household. Please help. This is my first attempt.

I think this isnt going to work without some extensive extraction, well beyond most people's level of knowledge
jtag the 5101 to dump nonvol
use the haxor's webpage to upload the nonvol to the ambit (i'm assuming the ambit is flashed already)
test and hope it works (tho unlikely it'll be that easy)

I'm getting this error message.
"Unable to start the IO.SYS service. Error code=1275"
is it because the modem isnt plugged into the usb port?
what is the difference? i mean if i google it or ask someone who already has been through the steps. It is only logical to get to the point. so I ask here. I'm not lazy, I'm learning the way I learn, if it bothers you stay out.
