I got netzero free without ads back then, you could get the number the browser was using to dial up and just make your own manual connection and it worked! lol

Actually it was free for few years before they start charging few bucks a month. But service wasn't good.

I would pay dearly for that or Verizon Fios if I could...I can't even get CC in my new condo.
