Hey Guys Im Just Wondering If Someone Could Tell Me How To EDIT my confiuration file with vultaware because when i do and auto serve its jumps from ranging complete to scanning then ranging etc

and how do i know what 'TWC,SOCAL, i am ?

Ranging is in no way dependent on the config ...

TWC = time warner cable (an american isp, their virgin media)
socal = south california (the state, like merseyside but more dusty less grime same crime rate)
