Log in as a user who has such permission". So then, I try to run the program as administrator and it says this. "Unable to start the IO.SYS service. Error code = 1275" I tried looking around on Google and can't find any solution...
I am going to try to see if one of my friends has a 32 bit machine to try this on...

yes, this is an error when you try running it on a 64 bit OS

Use a 32 bit OS and you will be fine

Lets say it is a sb5101. Do you have a spare unit, where
the power does turn on. Check the voltages with power
plugged in. Especially the Voltage Regulator. You can pm
me, I work on Circuit Boards, of all kinds, More with
Plasma, LCD televisions, Satellite Receivers. etc.
