How do I get the SB5101 working with Cox? What are the best settings and where do I download the Cox config files?

The only way is to take the modem to there office and sign up for the service.

I have service with them and I'm using a non-haxorware modem currently. I can't just switch it with the haxorware modem?

Haven't been on Cox in years... but things have changed quite a bit since then. If SBH was up I would say get some old dumps and flash them on your modem and try a config file from the Cox section. And then post a log and lets see what is happening and just maybe all lights might just play nice and come on.

Oh, I should use older firmware? I flashed it to the new one. I will post a request for cox config files.

Just try it with some old dumps first... I doubt that you can force a config on Cox anyway.
