so i just bought this modem off a friend and i was able to login to the router settings but was unable to get online, i tried upgrading haxorware from rev 38 to 39 via ethernet wire and now im fairly certain the modem is bricked, only the online light flashes and the pc activity light stays solid the rest are off, is there any way to flash this without the usb cable? im still trying to have firmware on it where i can adjust the mac to a live address i have

You need to use a bc or usbjtag nt those are the easy way to unbrick your modem

idk what either of those are im defiantly a newb at this kind of stuff, and im trying to avoid spending any more $ cuz frankly i dont have it
