My mum has a paided for vm modem and i copy the mac from that but how can i find the right config file to put in ??

I have looked in her modem using 192.168.100.1 but there is no info on what config file she is using

Please help me out

trust me 7 years ago on virgin media(was it virgin then and not blueyonder i am sure it was after ntl/telewest merger) you just entered a mac, just because there was only one speed (maybe a lie i forget)
