I am looking for a Streaming server software that's able to encode the stream in HLS format and broadcast it out to the internet or to my Roku channel. I have TV tuner/Capture card to do so and also high speed down/upload

Windows or Linux is fine.

I bought a program called cast4me, it uses ffmpeg .
