i bought one of those forceware premods from ebay and the seller (malikenx, changed his name to orangecountydeals) included a manual which he said included 'found no where else' info on how to use forceware and alpha and stuff.

he wouldn't even send it to me until i PROMISED i received his modem and it was working.

figured i could post it here for you guys too, who need help with forceware and stuff.

ironically, all of the info is publically available .

The parts of the manual where it tells you how to bypass your ISP security reminds me of these guys:

Did you already try configuring it?

If it's broken, send the guy a PM on eBay?

I didnt know you can set DNS bypass on the modem itself? Is that what the document says?

AFAIK it's for the CPE/NIC.
