My modem isn't working all the lights are on like its working perfect but it is slow. It takes 2 minutes to load a webpage. I dont know what wrong with it do you think I need to upgrade to version 39 or do I need a new config because Ive tried over 30 of them and nothing.

download the config your using and open it with vultureware and see what speed your supposed to be getting
as this could be a problem with your computer and not your config
