I know a guy that worked for spectrum installing C4 cmts servers he has a list of Mac addresses what can I do with those Mac addresses he has hundreds of them on a Excel file.
Just find a time machine. Set it for a decade ago and you are golden...!

I didn't know Spectrum's security was this bad.

I think he meant the "friend" was a tech who installs CMTS and happened to have a list of all of the active MAC addresses from devices on those nodes.
