SB5101 VER 39

just updated to rev 39 and i was able to keep connection for a matter of 5 minutes then immediately back to blinking green light on "send". my question is why?... what could be the issue. if you need any information regarding the modem just let me know.

modem logs would help

there is the logs

reg-rsp invalid format

spoof or bpi

hmm what exactly does that mean..

reg-rsp invalid format (this is the error i see in the log)

spoof or bpi (your spoof or bpi settings could be wrong)

so how exactly do i fix these settings..?

bpi ,4 options to choose from try them all
spoof ,download your config and open in vultreware

okay so how exactly do i preform any of these tasks and witch do you recommend i do?
