Hi,

I have spectrum internet. I use arris sb6141 modem. I want to clone another modem. How to clone it? My modem is online. How to download the certificate from the online modem? How to upload the certificate to my 2nd modem? How to upload config file to my modem? How to uncap my modem speed?

Thanks,
Buy a USBJTAG programmer and use it to clone your modem. Now you have a modem for testing / backup! Smile

Thanks got a usjtag nt on the way as well as a test clip.
Best to use a 3.3v external power source (like a usb to serial board) instead of the ISP Pin method, or get a FlashcatUSB Classic v2.2 instead of a USBJTAG because it does not need external power

You can purchase a FCUSB straight from the manufacturer, the VCC pin will self power the chip and the latest v2.2 has increased power for "in circuit" flash programming (also has external power pins you can solder on so that you can use to power the usbjtag)

Which one is better. I see different model numbers.

The first one on the list FCUSB2X, the others are just meant for one single type of flash chip.
