Trying to get some help on these modems..if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate..both of my modems aren’t working anymore..thnx

Failed to say what firmware you have.
Failed to say what system is it for.
Failed to specify what the problem is? For all we know you have a bad power cable.

You have a lot of reading to do.
