My Scientific Atlanta 2100 (Haxorware 1.1 Rev39) says operational but doesn't give me internet access. Before i used to have a MAC and it worked perfectly for about a month then on Tuesday the modem reboots automatically. My BPI is on BPI + Bypass. Heres part of the event log:
2011-09-29 02:32:33 Critical I001.0 REG-RSP - invalid format or not recognized
1970-01-01 00:00:18 Critical D003.0 DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response.
1970-01-01 00:00:09 Critical R002.0 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out (US 2)
1970-01-01 00:00:05 Notice M571.1 Ethernet link up - ready to pass packets
2011-09-29 02:32:03 Notice M573.0 Modem Is Shutting Down and Rebooting...

I really want to fix this but I need support. Thanks!

And BPI + is being forced now..

How do you post a Telnet log?
Im sorry I'm sort of new to all this so please tell me what everything means Thank you.

POST a TELNET Log...

Its a log file output of the modem when it starts up and goes thru the handshaking process.

It is the most basic of basic things your should know/learn.
