Need Help - Nobody1124 - 28-12-2011
im trying to learn on how people hack or activate modems.ive been reading and searching for a long while sbhacker.net has changed and people wont show how to get online.i bought a modem from this guy which was a plug and play but it seems like he didnt hack it or anything.i go to 192.168.100.1 and it's the regular cisco site.im using DPC2100R2 Soft ver.dpc2100R2-v2.0.2r1256-100817as.i want to know how he got it online if it's possible or to hack these modem's go get it online and make the speed's a lil faster??

it's a 1:1 clone and it's something i can't and wont support as i'm a tester and that is not testing
as for here were i try to have a more open site (compared to sbh) i wont directly tell you how to get online, i will tell you how to flash your modem but beyond that i only give tips on what to do to get online

That's fine.i like learning how to do thing's.i just need some guidence.but i dont know if that firmware is flashable.plus if i flash it would it stop from going online

it's a webby so yes it's flashable with jtag and serial (i doubt the 1 click installer would work, version info seems to new)
if it's working dont play with it
