I have a SB 5100/5101. I want to know how to backup the modem. Can someone help me and give me a 2mb bin File ?

Did ur modem got knocked off online ? And wont go on no more keeps rebooting ?

The same thing has happen to my sb5101 it keeps rebooting. Queens Ny. Thanx

Are you saying "backup modem" like original backup.
I can see by you asking for a 2mb file, you must not
have saved your original bin. Do you have Usbjtagnt?

modem reboots if you have anything besides BPI+1.1 enabled
when that is enabled, you get Permanent Auth Rejected
