Tempted to go Haxoware but worried that TWC will kill my account.
Do they see that the modem is ruining faster or changing MACs or serial nbrs?

U may wanna read and catch up that question is in it self been answered. put it this way this stuff (Mod'ing or Enhancing) wouldn't exist at all for all those reason you mention, if thing didn't work. of course you can use this to do illegal activity but thats your choice not the community's..
