SB5101 - Loses Internet After A Couple Days - spike_916 - 17-02-2011

Good Afternoon,

I am having issues with my modem. I can get on for about 3-5 days then it completely loses internet connection. I am currently using a Monster Lowloss 2GHz Splitter to split the cable to my Comcast TV box. I also tried a 6dB Filter on the back of the modem since one post claim that fixed their issues, which seemed to match mine. Other then that, please assist and hopefully you see an error since I have time countless combination's to try and get this thing to have a consistent run with a disconnect.

The TLV-11 is a major/critical issue. Fix that and then you will be walledgardened. But will not have Internet. I hate to say this, but your done testing

I have changed the mac to another paying customer and that error goes away but there was no internet as you said. So there is no way to fix this then?

There has to be someone out there who remembers the solutions.

No, we remember the solutions very well. They are no longer posted as we will have none left....

You have a TLV-11 BPI + issue...
