Can someone ponit me to a tutorial on how to set up putty and winscp to extract sert and pri vate key

1) install winscp

2) connect to modem

3) browse to directory with certs and keys

4) download cert and key


Have you not tried using google?

Ive seen someone do it and what they did was load ubfi1 and ubfi2 with forceware then program all flash then open winscp abd boom the 2 files was there

What you described is different than what you asked.

What you described is someone loaded a particular set of data from UBFI backups and then extracted them. They could also have just used binwalk, without the need to flash the UBFI images into a device.

Hey out of curiosity what would the login info be for a modem to connect with winscp or do i need the password of the day to access the info on the modem??
