Dear all,
I am having an issue in which I can't detect using usbjtag NT, it keep s giving me the following:
-detect
IDCODE FFFFFFFF
Manufacturer not found 7FF
Please advise.

check all connections between the jtag and the modem with a multimeter
also try detecting the modem as soon as the modem powers on
