certtxt problem

Hi, I have some snmp downloaded certs, and they are in the notepad. When I run certtxt, he say 'finished converting certs please look in the C:\snmpcerts for files'
He created that directory on the disc C , but there is nothing in it, no file at all. What is the problem?

that was version 1.0. Version 1.3 behave even stranger. Nevermind, I found another program that do that easier it's ConverCerti.exe
