Okay so I know a small amount about modems. I am on v1.1 revision 30 and I brought this modem from jacksonville down to west palm beach. I reset the mac and dropped it to bpi+bypass which got me to walledgarden from comcast and normally I can set my dns to 4.2.2.6. and that will get me past the activation page and surfing but it keeps telling me it cannot communicate with primary dns. It wasnt even block syncing until I made the other changes and removed the config file. I just cant get past this step any help would be great my friends and my hat is off to all of you I thought I knew a little something about computers and hacked modems but I know nothing in comparison to all of these threads. lol please help if you can
