your exchange comment kills any encouragement to help ... go to forcable to see if they help you there, greetings from CHILE haha xD

sb6183-image0.BIN

Arrobazo, I know that the SB6180 and SB6182 are 8x4 channels and the sb6183 is 16x4 with different Broadcom processors and everything. I have a collection of modems here: SBG6850, SB6180, SB6182, SB6183, SB6190, etc. There isn't enough interest in this hobby anymore and I'm trying to help revive it a bit.

Not sure why that kills your interest to help.

Additionally, I'm not looking to exchange anything except the bin files because I'm more interested in the development side. I hope that you reconsider the reasoning for this post.

This is not Forocable where only the general theft of service!!! that's where one knowledge is asked for by another. that with me is not going, and I think that is not the meaning of this forum !!! you say you want to develop or complilar you must post your interests or objectives to achieve ... I take advantage of notifying that I and a friend are developing to build a new firmware in puma 6 and 7 based on firmware debug q I own

Arrobazo, please check your PMs because I think my words are getting lost in translation. I'm not trying to promote ToS here, but was rather asking if you'd like to exchange FIRMWARE images because that would give me a head start on the SB6183.

Good exchange between you two. Keep it in English if you can. It will only improve....

We took to PM because the translation was getting lost. The information will stay here in this thread, but I wanted to clear it up with him what he meant vs. what was written in English.

No worries, you guys didn't miss anything!

Hey Everyone,

Here is the dump of the SB6182, I cleared out the non-vol/cfg so whomever can put whatever they need in. This might actually let it boot since it has no settings to load (I've actually yet to try this).

If anyone finds that this doesn't work for them, I can upload the full image in all its glory.  Later on will come the tutorial and points where to find serial.

Any questions, please feel free to ask and I'll answer them the best that I can.

Good evening everyone!

I wanted to post the images that I pulled from my modem to make everyone's lives easier:

1) SB6182-6.5.2.0-GA-05-98-NOSH -- MIB Version: II / GUI Version: 1.0
2) SB6182-6.5.3.1-GA-00-124-NOSH -- MIB Version: II / GUI Version: 1.0

If you guys want anything else from this modem, like bootloader or such, please let me know and I'll get back to you ASAP.
