What about disabling firmware updates?? I plugged in the modem with BioWare installed, and it tries to do a firmware update. This is for a 6190. Thanks

It's disabled by default.

Changing firmware name helps to prevent attempted updates.

How does one change the firmware reported string?

It’s an option in the GUI.

Or in the CLI

Update Sector0 Filename
nvm proddb setsectorname 0 FILENAME

Update Sector1 Filename
nvm proddb setsectorname 1 FILENAME

Everything here except for swapping image banks is an option in the GUI. Swapping image banks is coming in a future version to the GUI.

RE: [Tutorial] BitWare CLI Reference
Hello, how are you, I'm new here in haxor forum, I have a sb6190 with bitware, my problem is that it does not change the mac neither for web nor for ssh for commands, I make it an ifconfig and it throws me its original mac, I have already bundled a few days with him but he doesn't lift, what can I do? I have experience with puma 5, the 6190 I bought it already programmed, greetings
