is there a way i can do this over ethernet or usb

No, you cannot clone it over Ethernet nor USB.

I have a blackcat, but need instructions on how to clone my modem...I just need some instructions on how to it...please PM me if you can help me out.

you need load bini.bin file and nonvol.bin

just saw your other post, you at? man your modem still 5101? shouldn't be hard to get online for a couple of month depending on your ISP and your skills
