Working with three designation before in my previous employer is terribly hard.Though, I did not complain a single once, but when I found out that the compensation and the benefits which is supposedly entitled for each employee are not complied by the management-I complain, which I did not regretted, because for me, it is right to raise the employees concerns, particular on benefits. I learned, as an employee we have to be vigilant especially for our labor rights. |
