and page could not be found
so i dumped the firmware from a arris that had that page and flashed it ontop of the one that didnt and worked
i dont know if thats what u are trying to do

using the modem with the page, login and open said page
switch modems to the one without the page, and open a new tab and login
go back to the old tab and try to enable ssh

(personally i would also sniff the above with wire shark and compare the responses maybe a simple session key swap may be needed)

so far im waiting on that nand flash reader / writer just recently removed the nand from the ARRIS_TM1602

so you read the nvram? and you were able to flash it with force ?

i used a flashcat with an extended board but im trying to get the tech_support_cgi tp spawn but i have no luck i know its there i seen it in the system file when i backed up the nand flash but i need more info on this modem... so i copied nand and all but when i solder back some modems boot some dont wonder why ?? lol maybe the chip got too much heat

you probably burned he chip.
Im sure there is a way to access the tech support.
