All of a sudden TW activation page

Does anybody else have the issue with all of a sudden sb6120 is still showing online in system logs but cannot access internet? All status lights are fine but get kicked to activation page ... Pretty weird .. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated .. Thanks fellas

Yea kinda been under a rock actually but whole other story...Im familiar with the change to bpi+ and docsis 3.0 and i have matching certs with keys but i still need to remember the ins and outs ...was just looking for a point in right direction im not looking to be spoonfed like others...btw i been in the "club" since 2004 but just on other sites...time to read some more i guess..cheers

The right direction is to go back to those site.
