Trying to get config file

Any suggestions on how to get a config file named like this?

^1/897E969E/TYPE=RES/COS=181/IP=1

tftp client doesn't seemed to want to work with it.

I have a sbg6580. Was just trying to see if I could get a copy of ISP's config file from their tftp server. Not sure why, just curious. Trying to learn. That is a the name of the config my sbg6580 says and other modems in area. I have looked at.
