Need program to scan MAC

thanks but it's not what I meant I'm looking for a program that scans the correct mac adress to a modem go operational. i have 4 valid macs with 4mbps, 6, 10 and 16mpbs speed. i like to scan other valid mac with other speed. I go step by step like change mac latest numbers. some mac work some not ..

XX:XX:XX:0F:5D:A3 -not work...

.
XX:XX:XX:0F:5D:80- work..... to bother , so I thought it somewhat easier

i scan range of my ip and set ip start 1.1 to 255.255.. but nothing :S
