Any idea how to spoof vendor id on the windows PC?

No, vendor class id spoof doesn't works. "docsis" still gives me a public IP.

Any new ideas?

I really don't see the reason why ppl killing off them self to get a SB5100 online when SB5101 do the job better, i remember a bout a year ago when my ISP kick of all docsis 1.0 offline i could not do anything not even with a legit MAC and till i get SB5100 cert to match with the original MAC and boom i was online in a few second.
