operational but no ip :S

hey guys ive been away from the scene a long time , hooked up my modem with Haxorware 1.1 rev39 flashed , it goes operational with a shitty 72 bytes config that is a tv mac iknow but they used to give internet access but , now its not giving out a ip , ive tried the same mac on a VMDG80 same outcome , allowed but not ip is given

what should i try ? any ideas
