Need help with sb5100

Drew thanks for all the help ..Checked the last reply and the page but still unable to find the exact thing to fix the issue...sorry if i am sounding this way as i am a newbie and this is my first time getting this thing around..it was always changing the mac by 2 - 3 digits and it worked but this time around its kinda different and i am dabbling into this for the first time...thanks for understanding..
