Let someone else explain it...Its TWC NY and they are using re-signed CVC. Only 1 cvc is valid. your IP was dropped to 0.0.0.0
I know what to to fix this, but I refuse to paste it...
Your F/W is missing the new date of the MFC's CVC..
non critical field in DHCP response was the wrong date..
