I changed the mac on the router by just making one up. It still worries me that it keeps restarting. Its been up for 1h 41min so far without restarts, but no torrent. Last time I tried leaving it on without torrents it went over a day without restarts.
I spoofed that before and honestly I have seen no differences with any spoof I tried. I'll put it in again though.
EDIT: going on 3h 31 min without restarts. I've been doing more research and I think Comcrap possibly changed their security settings since they just rolled out with docsis 3.0 in my area a few days ago.
