i got this motorola bs5101 with haxorware premod but the modem is not online not receiving internet or anything

this is the item

this is what i see on the modem
Power LED - Solid
Receive LED - blinks
Send LED - Off
Online LED - Off
PC/Activity LED - Solid/Orange
Standby LED - Off
any
