where do I get the USB JTAG s/w and is there a tutorial of what needs to be done to get it up and running?

I am in Canada and the modem is set up for an american ISP as far as I know.

So how do I get the new MAC address? does the ISP do that?

This is what terminal gives me when I run usbjtagnt:

/Users/***********/Downloads/usbjtagnt/USBJTAGNT ; exit;
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libusb-1.0.0.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/***********/Downloads/usbjtagnt/USBJTAGNT
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5
logout

[Process completed]

Am I running it correctly? What .cm file do I need?
