Well i live in the west L.A area and just 2 days ago my modem stopped working. all lights are on but the online light flashes. This happened a few months back but i got it to work somehow.This time im stuck. I tried all bpi settings in haxorware and still nothing..Any help would be appreciated.Btw i know my overview would help, but i dont know if its allowed to be posted here?

Means your HFC MAC doesnt have its born at birth Certificates...

Means your in a BPI + area

means you need to read and learn to post a TELNET log...

Thats an event log and is worthless, except for the B301.8 issue...

BTW, call TWC and subscribe to service...Any ways we know of are hush hush here...

Oh boy....well im actaully a paid subscriber of time warner...thats how im online atm...everytime i deal w this modem i get migraines........sooo much freaking info to read and learn

i got telnet ....where do i go from here ....plz help

ok ill break it down for ya. IP admins read these sites. so we do not openly discuss how to bypass their attempts to lock their system or any holes in their system. when someone at least gives you the names of 2 programs take your butt to google and start reading. if its such a headache for you to learn the hobby that your into, time to change hobbies. this is a self taught hobby with a small helping hand every now and then. good luck and if you figure it out (the info is out there) just say i got it or something, please don't post how you did it on a open fourm.

GUI error logs are pointless! Please use telnet and post a real log for us if you want real answers
