Its easy for me to fix, but I dont work here and I am just a Member like you..

i managed to get it online with 4 solid lights and it said it was operational. But i accidentally changed my mac by accident, but as soon as it ip completes, retrieve time of day. Then sends registration then it just reboots the modem.

And again and again lol.
