Hi, I'm pretty sure the MAC I'm using id from another node, but still the modem goes to an automatic reboot loop.

This what I get on the vent log:

is the mac from the same series modem that you're using?
You should look at the config it's pulling and spoof the proper strings, that's likely the problem.

No, I'm using a SB5101 with haxorware and the MAC is from an Ambit.

you need to spoof the proper strings for the ambit on your 5101.

Shows you the current firmware version for devices, use this info to spoof via stealth tab.

You'll place the value you find from that url into the SOFTWARE VERSION section and model = model you're spoofing.
