Help ??

Hello got up yesterday to find my modem was off {Ambit 256} thought it was a simple case oif changing mac it wasnt tried all day yesterday without joy then noticed that my frequencys were all 0 set reset them an tried a mac i got to operational thought i sorted it but then the modem locks me out an i dont have internet access ?? Any ideas guys
