Help webstar 2100

i bought a webstar off ebay but its totally diffarent to the one ive got see picture:

i managed to flash it using the max cable but now it wont even recognise that there is a modem plugged in and i can't find any jtag points whats the diffarence and can i retrieve it or is it fucked now?
i just flashed a working 1.1 image using max232 and it wount work at all now why is this any ideas?

bcm3348kpb should have flashed that fucker with sb5100mod
hope you can still access the bootloader
