Right now I am just searching for SB5100 info, and accidentally stumbled across this thread. I hope I don't run into this issue (using Bresnan, soon to be Cablevision). But, just an FYI...

I tried the link supplied. The site says it doesn't exist.

Just thought I'd chime in case someone else need this (a working link is always helpful and saves time).
