Is it possible that a cm could use a Node from 30 miles away, same
ISP? Or is it out of Boundaries.

Going to give it a try, sometime next week I have to be
in that area. My Node consist of 2 small towns, there are about 4 nodes in the area.
The second nearest Node is about 4 miles. And the next about 7 miles.
