Comcast paying customer needs help!
#1
I have changed 3 modems so far and i'm very upset with comcast, my internet gives me limited connectivity very often and have to reboot my modem all the time which kills it eventually.

I have a premod and wanna use that instead of the regular one.
How do i copy the certs of my modem and copy them to the premod?
What else i must do to make this premod work?

It has haxoware revision 31.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I wanna add that i'm located in the upgraded security area of comcast.
Thanks.

thanks for the reply my modem doesn't work due to mechanical problem from too many times restarting it.

I wanna try a premod this time in hopes i don't get limited connectivity as often.

Is getting the co signed cvc the only part i need to get or the hardest part?
Thanks for the reply.

I restart it when i get limited connectivity then i'm good for 1 day until i have to do it again and eventually my modem dies. This is my 3d modem in 2 years.

In a week with no advice how to use a premod i'll probably get me a new regular modem lol!

I should rent one from comcast from now on and send it back every time it dies for a free replacement! Big Grin
