Can't get my sb5101 to connect

        up until a week ago i was able to use the modem with no issues.
now it will not connect at all
i am really new to this and don't know what i am looking for to fix this.
the internet provider is cogeco
any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

unprovisioned_20.cm is a dead give away, mac/certs are not valid for your isp

Open your config file with vultureware and you'll find your community String...

thanks again for all the help

i had a buddy set this up for me and i haven't spoken to him in a while and hate to just call him for him to fix this, trying to do it on my own (and by on my own i mean with your help)

how do i pull the config file from the modem

you have been awesome so far.

i might also need to know how to load both the cert and the mac, i am assuming that i just paste the mac in over the one that is already there but i assume also that i have to load the cert some how

click it's name on the status page eg were it says unprovisioned_20.cm
